1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and sand77 ("sand77", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the sand77 website at sand77.lat, placing a wager, or using any product or service offered through the Platform, you unconditionally accept this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use sand77 in any capacity.

This Agreement incorporates by reference the sand77 Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which form part of the full terms governing your relationship with sand77. In the event of any conflict between these Terms & Conditions and any other document on the Platform, these Terms & Conditions shall prevail unless explicitly stated otherwise.

2. Eligibility

Access to and use of sand77 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be a natural person, not a corporation or legal entity.
• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. sand77 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You must not be accessing sand77 from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your use of sand77 is lawful in your location. sand77 does not represent that its services are legal in any particular jurisdiction.
• You must not be a sand77 employee, contractor, director, or a close family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or permanently banned from sand77.

sand77 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to close or suspend accounts that do not meet these requirements. Any balances held in ineligible accounts may be forfeited in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) sand77 account. The existence of duplicate accounts is a material breach of this Agreement and may result in permanent account closure, forfeiture of balances, and recovery of any winnings obtained through the duplicate account.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your real name as it appears on your valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card), a valid Pakistani mobile phone number in your personal control, a secure password of your choosing, and your accurate date of birth. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sand77 will never ask for your password via any communication channel.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before withdrawals above Rs 5,000 may be processed. KYC documentation includes a photograph of your CNIC and may include a selfie for liveness verification. sand77 may request additional documentation at its discretion at any time. Failure to complete KYC within the timeframe requested may result in account restriction.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sand77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Accepted deposit methods include JazzCash, Easypaisa, bank transfer (HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, and other major Pakistani banks), debit card, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by method and are displayed in the Cashier section at the time of transaction.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit where technically possible. Withdrawals to JazzCash and Easypaisa are typically processed within 15 to 40 minutes of approval. Bank transfers are processed within 1 to 2 business days. sand77 does not charge fees on standard withdrawal transactions, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.

sand77 reserves the right to request documentation verifying the source of funds for large deposits or withdrawals, and to delay or decline transactions where fraud, money laundering, or terms violation is suspected. Any funds deposited through fraudulent means will be reversed and the relevant account permanently closed.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

Specific rules for cricket betting (including PSL fixtures, Pakistan national team matches, and international tournaments), live casino games, slots, and crash games (Triple, Go Rush) are published within each product section of the Platform. By participating in any game or betting market, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable product rules.

sand77 reserves the right to void any bet or wager where: (a) a technical error affected the odds or game outcome; (b) the bet was placed after the event or outcome was known; (c) there is evidence of exploitation of a software error or technical malfunction; or (d) the bet breaches applicable product rules. In such cases, the original stake will be returned to the Player's account where possible.

Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all markets and games. These limits are displayed at the time of bet placement or game entry and may be adjusted by sand77 at any time without prior notice, including during live in-play markets.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

sand77 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives at its discretion. All bonus offers are subject to individual promotion terms which specify eligible games, minimum deposit amounts, wagering requirements, expiry periods, and maximum withdrawal amounts. These specific promotion terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement.

Wagering requirements must be met in full before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. Live casino games typically contribute at a lower rate toward bonus wagering requirements than slots — the specific contribution rate for each game category is stated in the bonus terms. sand77 reserves the right to withdraw bonus offers, modify their terms, or cancel bonuses where abuse or multiple-account exploitation is detected.

One (1) bonus per household, device, and IP address applies unless explicitly stated otherwise in individual promotion terms. Systematic exploitation of bonus offers, including through coordinated play across multiple accounts, constitutes a breach of this Agreement.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on sand77 and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of balances without prior notice:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to access or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or using insider information in connection with betting markets.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker variants.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or circumvent any security or fairness mechanism on the Platform.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or anonymisation service to access sand77 from a restricted jurisdiction or to circumvent account-level restrictions.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts, or allowing third parties to operate your account.
• Conducting or facilitating money laundering or other financial crimes through the Platform.
• Providing false information during registration or KYC processes.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the sand77 Platform, including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, data feeds, and the overall design and layout of the site, is the exclusive property of sand77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. No content may be copied, modified, distributed, published, or commercially exploited without sand77's prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, sand77 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including loss of profits, loss of data, or interruption of service. sand77's total aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

sand77 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, free of errors, or free of security vulnerabilities. Scheduled maintenance, technical failures, and internet connectivity issues outside sand77's control may result in temporary unavailability. sand77 will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance where possible.

10. Responsible Gaming

sand77 is committed to responsible gaming. The Platform is strictly 18+ only. sand77 provides the following player protection tools accessible from within your account settings: deposit limits (daily, weekly, monthly), session time limits, loss limits, cooling-off periods (24 hours to 6 weeks), reality check notifications, and permanent self-exclusion. Self-exclusion requests take effect immediately and are irrevocable for the duration selected.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than Player breach, any positive balance will be returned to the Player via the registered payment method following completion of outstanding withdrawal checks.

Players may close their own sand77 account at any time by contacting support. Account closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. Any pending bets at the time of account closure will be settled in accordance with the applicable product rules and any net positive settlement amount will be paid out.

12. Governing Law & Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to sand77's operating jurisdiction under its international gaming licence. In the event of a dispute between you and sand77, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through sand77's customer support process. sand77 maintains an internal complaints procedure and will respond to formal complaints within 10 business days.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, it may be escalated to the dispute resolution mechanism specified in sand77's operating licence terms. Details of the applicable licensing authority and dispute resolution body are available upon request from sand77 customer support.

13. Amendments to These Terms

sand77 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via the email address or mobile number on their account with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the changes take effect, except where changes are required immediately by law or regulatory instruction. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically.
